I started this blog when my mother passed into the Lord's arms on January 11th 2009 to keep my family updated on my father who joined my mother and Jesus in heaven on July 11th 2009. I now use it to post things I think are interesting to share as well as to share God's Word and Love and what a work He is doing in me.

What a day!















It took us an unusually long time to get to the cemetery today but we finally made it, I left at 10:45 am and got there at 12 pm. Sammy, Rose, Erik, Theresa, Jill, her boys Decoda, and Evin came. It was a beautiful day and I cleaned up the headstone, removed the grass that was around the edge, so it stands our better, Rose got 3 red roses and everything looked beautiful when we were finished but I forgot to take a picture of the finished job. Afterwards Erik treated us to lunch at Dale's Diner, it was really good except Grandpa didn't like the coleslaw so that ruined his whole lunch he said he felt better after I gave him a cookie. Afterward we went and picked up Kay and gave Dad a breathing treatment which he needed badly and we got to visit with Glenn, Mysti, and Logan before we met up with Joe so he could give me a sample of his new venture....

Finally we got on the road at 5pm and got home at 6:30 pm so it wasn't too long of a drive. Dad got to do another treatment which made him very happy. He had a little bite to eat and off to bed he went.


Yesterday we had visitors from Idylwild....the new addition to the Solorio Family and his brothers Alex, Sal, and Junior. Grandpa's Great Grands son's
